Hello, I am Bei Bei.

A curious mind, openness and joy for new challenges have shaped my life. Since 2007, I have been working in an international corporate environment and have found my professional calling in the agile working world.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was the birth of my daughter. It marked a significant change in my life and encouraged me to pursue a new path alongside my main profession. Since then, I have been working part-time as a Coach, supporting and leading my clients through change processes.

With my blog posts, I would like to highlight topics around leadership, team work and organizational development from different perspectives. To questions like:
